COMPENSATION/REWARDS SERVICES

The effective design and communication of total compensation programs are instrumental to your organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate talented employees. We can work with you to develop an integrated total compensation strategy using a mix of different programs.

Base Compensation: Do a market comparison to assess the competitiveness of your current pay plan. Evaluate jobs and establish equitable practices. Develop salary structures and increase matrices and other compensation administration tools to provide guidelines for consistent pay practices.

Short and Long Term Incentive Plan Designs: Beyond base pay, we can design programs including cash, equity or non-cash programs to motivate and reward employees for achieving critical group or individual goals.

Sales Compensation: Design sales compensation programs including determining appropriate base salary vs. variable compensation levels.

Compensation Communications: Develop compensation administration guidelines for supervisors, employee communication materials, design and production of total reward statements.

Interim On-Site Assistance: Provide assistance for a project or manage the entire function.
