PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

We will work with your organizations to develop methods and tools that help managers and supervisors better manage the performance of their employees. We develop and implement effective performance management processes and provide training for supervisors in performance management.

Performance Management Consulting Services

Evaluate current process, tools and the effectiveness of the system. Conduct focus groups with management and employees. Develop tools and processes based on organization needs, and then train managers in effective use of the program.

Performance Management Coaching

Coaching is offered for supervisors and managers in becoming more effective in this ongoing process. We possess not only the technical knowledge but also practical experience. Coaching covers:
